The KEYTER Group Foundation is promoting the project “Women and Industry: Promoting STEM Careers for Equal Opportunities in the Province of Córdoba”, an initiative aimed at bringing young people closer to the realities of the industrial sector and encouraging interest in scientific and technological careers.
The project will place particular emphasis on the participation of young women and on highlighting female role models connected to industry, helping to create new opportunities and reduce the barriers that can still influence certain academic and career choices.
Planned activities include awareness-raising workshops aimed at students in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Upper Secondary Education (Bachillerato), and Vocational Education and Training (VET), visits offering a first-hand look at industrial activities, and meetings with female professionals who will share their experiences and career paths.
Entre las actuaciones previstas se encuentran talleres de sensibilización dirigidos a estudiantes de ESO, Bachillerato y Formación Profesional, visitas para conocer de primera mano la actividad industrial y encuentros con mujeres profesionales que compartirán su experiencia y trayectoria profesional.
La iniciativa también contempla la creación de contenidos informativos para ampliar su alcance y seguir acercando la industria, la tecnología y las oportunidades profesionales a la comunidad educativa.
A través de “Mujer e Industria”, la Fundación KEYTER Group continúa avanzando en uno de sus principales objetivos: conectar educación, empresa e igualdad de oportunidades para contribuir a construir el futuro de nuestra comunidad.
