The KEYTER Group Foundation is collaborating with the Córdoba Red Cross on support aimed at improving the communication and quality of life of a beneficiary of its reception programme.
The KEYTER Group Foundation has made a €2,000 donation to the Spanish Red Cross in Córdoba to facilitate access to a hearing aid for Diop, a 35-year-old man of Senegalese origin who is supported by the organisation’s reception programme.
This collaboration stems from a specific need: to improve Diop’s communication skills and promote his autonomy in everyday life. His hearing loss affects his relationship with his surroundings, his understanding of instructions, and his participation in different social and training spaces.
Following the corresponding specialist assessment, the use of a hearing aid was recommended as a support resource to improve his hearing. Access to this device represents much more than technical assistance: it is an opportunity to function with greater confidence, communicate more easily, and progress in his inclusion process.
For the KEYTER Group Foundation, collaborating on initiatives such as this directly reflects its purpose of improving people’s living conditions by supporting actions with a real, close, and measurable impact on those in situations of particular vulnerability.
With this donation, the KEYTER Group Foundation reinforces its commitment to a model of social responsibility focused on the real needs of the local community and on supporting people who need specific assistance to build a life with greater autonomy.
