At the KEYTER Group Foundation, we continue to promote initiatives that support training and equal opportunities.
This year, we are once again collaborating with the Red Cross in Córdoba on the <<Bridges for Equality in Employment>> programme, through the Industrial Refrigeration Technician Course, aimed at unemployed women.
The training programme, which began in early September, combines employability skills, specific technical content, occupational health and safety training, and work placements at KEYTER and INTARCON. Through this initiative, we continue to promote training as a pathway to new employment opportunities and to support greater female representation in the industrial refrigeration sector.
