Employment School in Lucena for Vulnerable Groups

Lucena will have a new training and social inclusion initiative aimed at young people and foreign nationals in vulnerable situations. The project is being developed in collaboration with the Lucena City Council and other public and social organizations, with the aim of creating real opportunities for learning, support and employment integration.

The program is especially aimed at unaccompanied foreign minors, young people leaving the care system as they move towards independent living, and adult foreign nationals involved in training and employment pathways. The initiative focuses on people, their autonomy, and building a future with greater opportunities.

The training activities will focus on sectors with high employment demand, such as industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, industrial maintenance and energy efficiency. In addition to technical training, the project includes social support and engagement with the labour market, promoting a closer, more practical and sustainable integration process.
