Fundación KEYTER Group was present yesterday at the round table dedicated to sharing good practices and strategies to promote the development of the Camino Natural Vía Verde del Aceite, particularly along the 128 km section between Jaén and Puente Genil.
The Vía Verde del Aceite is an ecotourism route that follows the former railway line known as the “Olive Oil Train,” a route historically linked to the olive grove landscape and the Andalusian territory. Today, this natural trail has become a space for hiking, cycle tourism and active tourism, connecting municipalities and highlighting the natural, rural and scenic heritage of the provinces of Jaén and Córdoba.
During the meeting, the potential of this route as a driver of sustainable development, active tourism and territorial dynamization was highlighted, as well as the importance of public-private collaboration and the key role of local businesses.
We continue joining forces to ensure that the Vía Verde del Aceite keeps consolidating its position as a benchmark for ecotourism, active tourism and sustainable rural development.
